Refunds and Returns Policy
If you wish to return a purchase, we will issue an exchange voucher (credit note) subject to the following conditions:
- Receipts are produced
- Goods are returned in mint and resalable condition
- Goods are received by us within 3 weeks after shipping/receiving date.
Goods that are deemed by us to be faulty will be replaced at no cost to the customer.
If goods are accepted for return and a credit note is issued, it will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue and must be produced as proof of outstanding credit. No replacements will be issued.
These services do not affect your statutory rights, and the Trinity Shop retains its right to refuse returns and exchanges at its discretion.
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
The following items are strictly non-returnable:
- Sale items
- Secondhand books
- CDs and DVDs
Postage of Returns
The customer will bear any related costs of the original outward postage and of returning the goods to us, if applicable.
Goods that are despatched in error by us will be refunded in full, and the Trinity Shop will incur any related postage costs.
Transactions can be cancelled if the order has not been shipped. Otherwise normal refund policy will apply.
We can send orders to anywhere in Australia. We recommend sending it to an address where somebody will be home or to a business address. Post Office boxes are acceptable. If this is not possible the parcel will be carded to your local Post Office.
Overseas orders will be sent via International Registered Post and must be signed for on delivery.
How soon will orders be received?
Depending on stock availability all orders will leave Trinity College within 2 business days of processing. We do ask that you allow up to 2 weeks for delivery but in most cases orders will be delivered between 2-5 business days.
If there is a stock availability issue on certain products in your order, you will be contacted and alerted of the status of your purchase.
